By accessing or using the 259 platform via website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 259 as the service provider. This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are not prohibited by local law from using online entertainment services.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 259 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. 259 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential
- Ensure that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation
- Notify 259 immediately if you detect any unauthorised access to your account
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using the platform
259 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
Platform Usage Rules
259 users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the platform:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or dishonest activity
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Distributing unlawful content or content that threatens or harasses other users
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of credit balance, and legal action where applicable. 259 reserves the right to disclose user information to the relevant authorities when required by law.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 259 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made via approved payment methods using a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name only.
259 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may change from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the finance section of your account after logging in.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Identity verification (MyKad or relevant document) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed
- Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name
- 259 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review and compliance purposes
- Any applicable processing fees, if any, will be communicated before the transaction is confirmed
All deposits credited to your account are final and non-reversible once the transaction is complete. Should you have a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact the 259 support team within 72 hours of the transaction date.
Liability Limit & Account Policy

The 259 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. 259 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or betting outcomes.
259's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
259 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- User is in breach of any provision under these terms
- Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected on the account
- User provided false information during registration or verification
- Upon instruction from authorities or as required by legal compliance obligations
In cases where an account is closed due to a user violation, credit balances associated with the problematic activity may be forfeited. For closures not resulting from a violation, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the review process.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 259 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 259. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content without prior written consent from 259. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 259 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. 259 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
259 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the appropriate legal proceedings in Malaysia.
